Bend Open Streets will temporarily close 2.5 miles of Bend’s streets to automobile traffic this coming Sunday (September 18th), so people can do just about anything: walk, bike, scooter, dance, and socialize. There so much going on for the event, we won’t bother trying to describe all the coolness Commute Options has programmed. It’s worth noting though that it can only happen with volunteer help. That’s where you can come in.
Here are two opportunities to volunteer:
- Help Bend Bikes with our demonstration Neighborhood Greenway on NE 6th.
